Fees and Insurance
Resilient Children Behavioral Health accepts insurance plans with Anthem Blue Cross PPO.
We are an “out-of-network” provider for all other insurance companies. We will provide superbills for your reimbursement purpose if you are using out-of-network benefit. Please contact your insurance company for details regarding reimbursement process if you plan to use your insurance. Steps to take if you plan to ask your insurance company for reimbursement. We do not bill for contact outside sessions via email, text or phone unless this contact exceeds 10 minutes or is a life threatening emergency.
Fees for treatment is time based, we charge $ 300 per 30 minute. Payment is due at time of the visit. We accepts credit card, check, and cash.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment.
You will be charged with $100 for the first no show, $200 for the 2nd no show, and being discharged from the clinic if you have 3 no show in a year.
