Fees and Insurance
Resilient Children Behavioral Health accepts insurance plans with Anthem Blue Cross and MediCal by Contra Costa county.
We are an “out-of-network” provider for other insurance companies. We will provide receipts for your reimbursement purpose if you are using out-of-network benefit. Please contact your insurance company for details regarding reimbursement process if you plan to use your insurance. Steps to take if you plan to ask your insurance company for reimbursement. We do not bill for contact outside sessions via email, text or phone unless this contact exceeds 10 minutes or is a life threatening emergency.
Fees for treatment is time based, we charge $ 250 per 30 minute. Payment is due at time of the visit. We accepts check and cash.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment.
You will be charged for No Show fee( $50 for first No Show; $100 for 2nd No Show ) if there is no emergency situations justify the No Show. Your service will be terminated if there are 3 No Shows.
