Booking Policy

No cancellation less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointments.
You will be charged with $100 for the first no show, $200 for the 2nd no show, and being discharged from the clinic if you have 3 no show in a year.
Appointments are subject to approval or cancellation by the center.
Please include a message regarding purpose of visit. E.g. Insomnia .
